Gris Piñor


Gris Morrazo, or Gris Piñor, is a light-grey rock, compact, with medium-sized grains and an irregular fracture. It is classified as a 'biotite granite' and the reserves are still medium to large. The average grain size varies between 1.5 and 2.5 cm, revealing a low degree of alterations. It works perfectly for all types of surface finishes without ever losing its polish or undergoing any alterations with the passage of time. Can be used both for exteriors and interiors.

Blocks are marketed and sold for gang saws –with slabs larger than 240 x 120– and block cutting machines –with slabs less than 240 x 120– in First and Second qualities.
